Is it bad that I laughed?
Oh Buzz...you manly of men you...Suckering someone RIGHT in the face...and wasn't a young man when it happened either!! It's VERY sad to see another part of history close. Still exciting that we've opened new doors, but still...disheartened a bit. |

I hope they bury him with four men taking small steps.
Small steps, four men. It's a joke... ...nevermind. |

We should honor him by sending a team to Mars... or at least going back to the Moon. |

Neil Armstrong's parents... Before he went into space.
"Now, how would you feel, Mrs. Armstrong, if it turned out - of course nobody knows - but if it turns out that your son is the first man to land on the moon? What, how do, how would you feel?" |

Its really sad that Neil Armstrong has died today, after complications from heart surgery. He was 82. Armstrong was a very private man, but also very famous. I'm sure the aerospace industry will miss him most, along with the space enthusiast crowd. I know I am sad to see him go.
Neil Armstrong, thank you for all you have given us, and what you will continue to give future generations - a place to start in the expansion of human spaceflight. Reddit link to article direct article link |
