He stood up, shooting a glance at Kate for a moment, and then left room for John to lead. |

| Cody instinctively went on the defensive, with a very dark scowl. His body tensed as he grabbed John's wrists, and braced his feet against the wall, getting ready to fight.
"Funny, since there should be no reason as to why I should." If looks could kill, the death glare he was sending John would cower the general population. |

| "I look like one of them? God man, I'm dead tired. You'd look like shit if you hadn't slept either!" Which wasn't accurate persay, but if he could feed, he'd look normal the next morning.
"And just what the hell do you want? I'm trying to be polite, yet you attack me?! I've done absolutely nothing, you whoreson dog!" Rage was building up, and the accent of old english was starting to touch the edges of his voice. "Hands had best be withdraw from mine or else thine may be misplaced!" Anger seethed. Hunger scratched at him. He really didn't have time for this. |

| "Flying rat...?" His anger immediately died at the lack of accurate terms. He almost laughed, actually. "Dear lord man, do you seriously think I drink human blood?" He had to lean against the wall.
He was not use to being found out so easily, and beating around the bush wouldn't buy him time, John wasn't an idiot, but very misinformed. "I think we'd best clear some misunderstandings before we walk back inside." He could feel the scars of Kaijin forming invisibly on his face, and the fangs of the vampire forming in his mouth. Neither could be seen without the Sight, thus making life easier for him. |

| While lacking the sight, he could feel the changes that struggled under John's control. He crossed his arms, and chuckled lightly to himself.
"John, I didn't cause that event in the hallway. Nor was that a spell, just a simple warning to the real source. Whatever it was, it bolted fast enough to effect the lockers." He sighed lightly as he looked at John, trying to gather his thoughts. 'Another day I should had stayed in bed' he thought to himself. "Human blood is something I don't take. Unless offered freely, which has yet to happen, I haven't fed, so relax. I've had enough control to be sane around you and your friend. Hell, it's been about two months since I fed, anyway." He leaned his head against the wall, and blinked slowly, unsure of what to do now. "If you have questions, ask now." |

| Being startled was the least accurate way he could describe what just flashed through his head. With a blank look, he looked over at John, hearing when she stormed back inside, and could only blink for a moment.
"She always like that...?" He'd have to make a mental note to avoid getting on her bad side, regardless, he turned and walked back inside, before he could get yelled at further. This day was going to suck. After sitting back down, he decided to sit on the opposite side of Kate this time, where John originally sat. Now facing Kate. "I'm not hungry, so do whatever. I suppose I'm here for a simple social visit." He wasn't sure as to say. |

| He smiled uncomfortably as he grabbed the plate. He wasn't sure what was worse, the fact that he was being forced to eat while restraining the blood lust, trying to figure out what to say to this obviously pissed off girl, or the fact that he was still uncomfortably shy around girls in general. | |||

| He thought for a moment, taking into consideration the emotions radiating off her, he balanced how to speak next.
"Hmm. Well. At least now I know who to run to if I have issues." He tried to give off a charming smile, he understood the idea behind the depression that started to hit Kate. "Well, regardless, it looks like your temperamental friend ditched out on us." |

| Cody sat in the car, and belted up, being very calm about this. Panic would help him, but if he wasn't quick enough, he had a girl to worry about. "You know the grassy hill, in the think forest?"
He glanced in the direction that John ran. He could feel the power waves from here. He already figured something was up... he doubted he was a vampire, but he was something... He relaxed his seating as he glanced around, almost expecting something else to pop up to interrupt them. |

| He climbed up and passed Kate quickly, looking down at the blood splotches. Every fiber in his being screamed for him to taste it, but at the same time, he could smell which direction it was coming from.
"Wet Dog..." He knew without a doubt what John was now. This should be interesting. He never had any real contact with a wolf before... As much fun as it would be to ruin his day, he held back, for respects of the situation. His horrifically white face glanced over to the guy there now, Evan. | He quickly glanced back, and stepped up to Kate. He recognized this situation all too well.
"Let him go." He said softly, standing out of strike zone from the girl. He wasn't fully ready to get hit, but he will get in there if he has to. "There are thing's we'll need to discuss, and things he'll have to tell you. Chasing him will get you nowhere as of right now." He said, this time, with a more firm voice that had a hint of 'I'm not taking shit' to it. |

| Cody glanced at Evan, hiccuped, and smiled softly. His entire posture, demeanor, and attitude seemed to be completely different.
"Evan. If you wish to leave, then by all means, go ahead. The matters I am to discuss with the Lady here may be rather sensitive, if not hard to grasp for the norm." He turned to Kate, and knelt down infront of her. His eyes were hard, as if his daily hobby was killing. "I must know, before I continue this matter. Just what do you know of your... John?" His voice came out with strength, and confidence. Nothing like the shy Cody that spoke before. |

| 'Damnit, kid, we have a newbie' Kaijin thought to Cody. Kaijin was now in full control of his body for this situation. Quickly, he pulled of Cody's leather jacket as if it was just draped off his shoulders, and slung it around Kate.
The cold didn't bother him anyway. 'Now where to begin' the thought. "Think back to the hallway. John and I are closely tied to that event. There is a reason for his quick-to-anger moments. As is my moment of weakness that you've been seeing from time to time, as well as my oddly white skin. Tomorrow it will be normal." he kept thinking, running down paths to explain some of what's going on, without revealing too much, so John had his right to explain himself to Kate. |

| "That was a Gargoyle." He said it so flatly, like he was predicting the weather. "It was sitting atop the lockers, waiting for the moment to strike. I just had to move in and scare it off. It knew who I am, and darted with quite a bit of force. Thus the lockers shaking violently. "
He thought for a moment. He figured he might as well. "They're little bastard that you would imagine them to be, small, stony looking, wings. They throw cords out to try and pull you back. One or two of them are fairly harmless, but if you ever get caught in an alley with a few hundred of them..." His words trailed off as he felt no need to continue that line of thought. |

| "Sonokenasa... Nothing is ever easy" He breathed outloud 'Lovely, I have one that's awakening, and one that's too frantic to pay attention' he thought irritably.
"Listen, Child! Your Wolf will be fine for now." He looked at the cellphone text. The hell was he suppose to do about that anyway? No idea who the sender is anyway. "If you go after him now, you'll only complicate matters. He'll heal, and once he get a hold of his own sanity, you'll see him furry hide back at school tomorrow." Old as he was, he had little patients anymore. Though he tried. |

| His teeth grit tightly as he felt the hostile aura a while before the voice even spoke up. Things just may get messy afterall... Just another thing added to his plate.
"Find me in a minute, Evan. I'll explain your situation in a moment." He spoke, without even looking at Evan. His eyes were locked dead on Sync. "And what is it that I can do for Mi'Lady this fine eve?" He said, breaking the collar grab, and bowing deeply, to touch up the edges of sarcasm that trimmed his voice. "Speak fast of this Guinea Pig name, lest your name stays frozen away from your mouth." Aggravation was truly starting to get to him. He was starting to feel as bitchy as a Diabetic with a Sugar Low. The joys of needing to feed. |
