1) If you're going to get a Mac for Garageband, you're dumb. Just get Reason or FL Studio. Both of those are far superior to Garageband. And if you're willing to fork out $800, still less than a Mac, get Cubase which is the most superior of all the mixing programs except for Logic, which you need OS X and $1000 for, which just isn't worth it in my opinion. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about when it comes to music studios for your computer.
2) I like Circuit City because movies and CDs are cheaper there, and sometimes video games are too. Also, the only cell phone service we get well around here is Verizon, and Circuit City is a Verizon authorized retailer, so it's all good.

Anyways, when I went to Best Buy the other day, I noticed that they didn't have any Macs out. Either they sold out, or their ad was a lie. >8(

You're in the army? I was wondering where you went. I really need to pay attention to the board more. :

Actually, the only thing I used was Fireworks. It really was quite simple. Just a whole bunch of autoshapes, some color changes, and some effects. It really turned out quite great.

That's the name of my new song. I based it off Pandemonium by ZigZag. I personally think this is my best Techno piece yet. Just click the link below to listen and possibly enjoy.

Haha. That actually sounds pretty cool. I can see it now... DSM - 2 Years. Too bad it's gonna be a while before that happens. But yeah, I like the idea. It'd be pretty neat to have, and shouldn't be too hard to implement. The only problem is that it would take up more space on the index, but it'd be worth it. I say yes to this idea.

Since I don't see one, I'm creating my own. If there is one, please point it out to me.

So who owns Twilight Princess and for what system? I got it for Gamecube 2 weeks ago on the day of it's release(for the Gamecube). I must say, this is taking me a very long time to beat it. So far I've been playing it for somewhere between 27-28 hours. As for where I am...
Spoiler:
I just beat Zant and I'm on my way to fight Ganon.

Does anyone know if you can reply bosses? If so, I'm going back to play a few of them.

And for those who own a Wii or a Gamecube and don't own this game, get it, especially if you liked Ocarina of Time. It's really good.

I like this board mostly because it has a higher intelligence level than most other Forums or BBSes do, which is practically what you pointed out Rogue. For example, on the NG BSS you can act a complete fool and you won't get banned. They have a limit on idioticy, but it's impossible to reach that level. Here, you have no reason to act like an idiot. It's got good conversation going throughout the board, keeping the n00biness to a low. Because of all this, it's been the forum I've frequented the longest.

My friend said that if I get a Wii that he would by me Twilight Princess for it just so he could play it on there. He's a cheap bastard. : If I did get it for the Wii though(if my brother ever gets one), I'd probably replay it just to fight some of the bosses again. I still want to know if you can replay them. That would be so much fun.

Seeing as this is the Music(and Entertainment) Forum, I think that I should post my music here instead of the Art Forum. I'll use this as my permanent thread from now on. I'll start it off with my new song which is an attempt at making IDM. This song was made using a special version of Ableton Live and a MIDI Controller. I couldn't figure out how to add bass seeing as there are only two MIDI slots allowed to be used in this version of Ableton. Because of that, I'll probably end up upgrading so I can do a lot more. I really like this program and the sound it can produce, so expect the rest of the songs I make to be made using this.

Yes, they will be better than my Garageband songs.

As always, please post any comments you have, or review the song on Newgrounds if you have an account there.

EDIT: Change the name of this thread to DSM's Music Thread plzkthx.

We can't install anything on our computers because they don't give us enough diskspace. the C: Drive is like 50 GB and then the other XXX GB is spread throughout all the accounts on the computers, which there are like 2000+ of, leaving each account with about 500MB(possibly a GB if you're in Design and Logic) of space. Can't really store much on there.

I'll have to check that site out sometime though. I don't like doing work in school, and that's the perfect way to ignore it.

LMFAO. I can into this thread thinking this was about the user Logos. And then SK says that he hates FX, Xander's old name. This just seems like a giant hate thread.

Anyways, the reason they put the Logo there is to show that it's being broadcast on their channel for one, and two, so no one tries to pirate the shows(even though they still can, it'll just be noticable that they did). I personally don't mind the logos, just as long as they aren't taking up like 20% or more of the screen. They had a reason for putting them there in the first place you know.

About a minute ago I accidentally submitted a post twice, and when I did, the little error came up. The only problem with the error was that instead of saying the thread name, it says $thread[title] or something like that. Just a small little coding error is all. Should be fairly simple to fix.

Great, more things to make my headache worse. D: How long will you keep the names like this? I want to try and crack the code. I do know one thing for sure though, and that it's based around username being as 01001000 has a black username. I'm not sure how all of it works though, because the hex scale only goes up to F, so there was probably changing of letters further in the alphabet to letters and numbers in the hex scale. I'm gonna try to figure this out now if I don't hurt myself.

EDIT: I bet this is something simple, and I'm just looking too hard. :

EDIT2: Memberlist > View source. : All the letters of the username that are part of the hex chart become a part of the color, and anything that isn't a part of the hex chart is converted to a letter or number of the hex chart. Not sure how, but that's what I figured out.

Psh. I have a whole container of those.

Anyways, I know what the code does, but I'm not sure exactly how it works. And seeing as I'm not very PHP knowledgable, I wouldn't be able to figure it out.

Also, Vulkar and Leviathen aren't the same. If you look at the source, it shows that V=L, U=E, but K and I aren't the same, as for T and R.

Vulkar's color = FEFEaB
Leviathen's color = FeFCaD

Also, spaces=1, and if the name isn't long enough... well there I'm lost. It's not just 0s added at the end, because then R2D2 would be B2D200 in hex, but it's B2D2Ea, and I don't know how that works. I'm done thinking about this for now.

Too long in my opinion, but it was probably only 15 minutes. I know very well what you did, I just don't know HOW you did it. That's what I was trying to figure out.
