I remember when I was playing final fantasy 3 on my friends laptop, the ending battle theme kept on looping over and over and OVER untill finally we decided to restart the computer...sure it was a little bit hilarious, because we kept on calling each other gay to the beat of the music and stuff...

Try a disk defrag Look into your task manager's processes list Take a look into startup items by typing msconfig into the run prompt. |
