Because not only am I heading for yours, but I am also supposed to make a Horde character on Illidan, and another Alliance character on another server that my Sergeant, who is my instructor right now, plays on with some of my other classmates. LOL. Should be interesting. | |||

| There's a fine line between a lot of things that for some reason gets blurred. It's one thing if it's a tourney of some sort, but a whole seperate thing if it's a regular battle or a sparring match. I can understand the desperation used in tourney battles, where one loss means you're done for, but in a regular match, who cares? And even in the tourney matches, things like what is stated above shouldn't be happening. Now, I battle Unortho, which is a whole different story, and attacks like that are rare even in there, although there aren't any charging times or anything of that nature. Those are generally reserved as finishing moves, and aren't usually used at all...it's pointless. Either way, using them in more than maybe one or two per battle is pointless...and cheap to boot. | |||

| Me? I started off with the Crono from Chronotrigger, because I loved the game (It's still my favorite) and then found as I traveled from board to board that there was another guy doing the exact same thing. We battled, and after seeing some of the things he did I decided it was time for a bit of a remodel, because plain old Crono couldn't get the job done. Revamped his clothes, his basic sword stayed the same, and he got a few new weapons. His hair was shorter, he still had the grin that his opponents all learned to hate, and he had a few new magic tricks up his sleeve. After a couple wins, I went over him again, changing his clothing further and further, and his basic looks, until the only thing that would give him away were the name and hair color, and maybe the weapon for any Game Genie users out there. He lost a few weapons that were obselete, and gained his current secondary weapon, the Blood Blade...simple enough. After I got out of boot camp, I went over him again, matching him a little closer to myself. His height and weight changed slightly, I aged him a little bit, changed his basic outlook and clothing, added a few new elements to him to make him more challenging, and thought of some new attacks for him. After all this, he wasn't quite done being changed, so I added some other unique features. Jewelry, tattoos...little odds and ends, and then incorporated the Marine Corps into him a little bit. Crono's slowly been altered to match my image over the last four years, and he's not done yet. I'm always thinking of new things for him. Besides, I have yet to actually use his alter ego Kaji's transformation...it's a basic conversion from a character that is mainly mage to a character that is mainly physical. Same basic features and such, and the clothing remains the same, but his eyes, hair, tattoos, etc, change colors, his elemental alignments and abilities change. He also becomes much more powerful, physically, while losing the magical abilities he has as Crono. Crono's basically a skitzo who changes to Kaji and reverts back to himself at completely random intervals. I still haven't perfected Kaji though, so I'm not fulfilling that part of him yet. Soon, though. I've got a certain person that I'm waiting to battle that I'll be breaking him loose on. One of my main rivals in Sim Battle.. | |||

| I've done something like this, although it was never planned this way. I entered a regular battle with someone, and he created random problems for me to solve. Solved all of them until he couldn't come up with any more, and then he left. For example, he created an impenetrable armor of stone around his character and told me to defeat it...so I used some wind, water, and time elements to weather it away. Then he turned into some other kind of stone, which I used supersonic waves to shatter...things of that nature. Am I wrong, or is this the type of thing you're getting at here? | |||

| Name: Crono Vey
Age: 18 Height: 5' 11" Weight: 160 lbs. Eyes: Bright green, almost catlike in color and shape. Hair: Vivid, orange-red that sticks out like a sore thumb, spiked in all directions. Weapons The Dark Saber: Crono's weapon of choice, the Dark Saber is a long katana with a black blade, and a thin silver edge. The Dark Saber doesn't reflect light like a regular blade, instead seeming to pull the light from the air, and it glows with a dark color, giving Crono light that none other than himself can see. Blood Blade: Another katana, this one is a bit shorter, and has a blood red blade. In the light, the blade shimmers slightly, giving the illusionary effect of blood dripping down the blade. Demon Edge: Crono's only double-edged blade, it's blade is black, made of the same metal as the Dark Saber. The only notable thing about the weapon is the hilt, which is shaped like th wings of a dragon, facing upwards, making it a jagged ride for any impaled on the blade. The Whisper of the Wind:Crono's bow, it is made of a black wood, with a silver string and small carvings in the shape of lightning bolts, exposing the yellowish wood underneath. Clothing Crono wears digital urban camoflauge trousers most of the time. Y'know, the ones that are gray and white and black. He wears a black tank top, fitted to him to show off his toned body, which, although not large, is in good shape. He has a black leather jacket with an electric blue lightning bolt across the back of it, and black leather gloves with the fingers shredded off the ends and light blue metal over the first set of knuckles. His headband is black, with blue stripes at either end, which generally flutter out behind him, and he wears plain black skate shoes, of some generic brand. He has a black martial arts belt with two red stripes, courtesy of the Marine Corps Martial Arts program, showing his rank as a black belt instructor trainer, meaning he can teach students, and is also authorized to make students instructors if they can pass his course. A large tattoo stretches from the end of one shoulder to the other, and down his back, one demon wing, black with blue webbing, and one angel, black with blue feathers. |
