I'd have to agree with Rogue about it being slow at times. Especially when Portman was captured, with the outcome of that ... it seemed like it went on just a little too long.

I had no idea what to expect when I saw this movie, I was expecting a simpler more basic super hero movie with a bunch of action, and that's definitely not what I saw. But, I still liked it, and it was overall a great movie. Not the best though. A friend of mine said he liked it more than King Kong and I was blown away, but that's me.

So basically, if you see this movie its not really a waste, but if you don't you're not really missing out?

I thought Napolean Dynamite was great, but I can see how so a bunch of people can hate it and won't really argue with them. I don't know though, I like Jack Black myself, but from the previews and anything this movie looked beyond stupid, but I guess I'll have to see it myself.

I don't know. I remember enjoying the first DVD of Gungrave quite a bit, regardless if it just sets up the entire series. But yeah, I have the whole series on my HD, so I'll probably watch all of it soon. (restricted) |

Why? - Evolution seemed like it was focused on High School teenagers or something. All the character seemed younger and the entire show just didn't seem as "serious". - Toad, the guy who made earthquakes and stuff, and whoever else was with them, I could not stand them at all. - Magneto never did anything but just sit around and bark at people. - It took more than year to see Apocalypse when they kept hinting at his return after every episode. Overall, the original just seemed a heck of a lot more serious, and had a much better plot.
