| Probably the virtual choir that I posted about in the Entertainment forum months ago. I still like to listen to it when I've been listening to people spouting hate and stupidity to remind me people are capable of such beautiful things.
Why do tv companies (cable or satellite) advertise on their own feeds? For example: when we had Armstrong cable, we saw Armstrong commercials on tv, now that we have CenturyLink, it's all we see. |

| Tonight we attempted to make our own Italian Roast Beef for sandwiches. It's a regional thing here, more to the south of us where there is a higher Italian population... but it's kinda like an Italian take on the French Dip and it is the most delicious thing ever. My version was trying to recreate the au jus and cooking some store-bought roast beef in it... it turned out pretty well. Sadly the secret ingredient is No Salt seasoning from the 99 cent store back in California (I had my mom send me a bunch of them)

| Yeah, I had the same reaction when I saw it. Honestly, it was kinda stupid in my opinion.
Just saw Paul on DVD today, and I gotta say that I really liked it. We wanted to see it in theaters but never got the chance. I am a fan of Simon Peg movies in general and this was very similar in feel... but with Seth Rogan as an alien, and therefore more awesome. I want to go out and actually buy the movie now since stupid Netflix won't let you see the special features... apparently they have a special disk for it any everything. Bastards. |
