| Needs to be small, due to my eternal space constraints.
All I really need is to be able to view and save .tga images, and do some basic Paint-level editing. Anything extra's a nice, but unneeded bonus. |

I believe that the second download here should allow you to alter .tga files, but I haven't used it, so I don't know how good it is. |
