I could be wrong, and I have been before, but that's just what it sounds like to me

yeah, i guess i didnt make that thread about how there was this new section for some random game i never heard of before, and how it was so special that it got its own section without a real vote from everyone. and how ppl flamed me about me being stupid never happened either =/ and how i said that only a few ppl would play there, so why does it deserve an entire section on the board and blah blah blah.

well, i just wanna point out one thing. not all "pedo" are the same. some like kids 5-8, others 9-11, others 12-17.

the first two are horrible, because obviously, they're kids and is mala en se (Evil in itself." Behavior universally regarded as criminal, e.g., murder.).

however, the later, 12-17 is different in my opinion. the age of consent is mala prohibita (Behavior that is criminal only because society defines it as such, e.g., gambling), which means, it's a law, which happens to be different from state to state, and country to country.

point being, we've all had history class, and from what you might remember, ppl have married girls as young as 12, and they didnt have a problem with it back in the old days, even with arranged marriages.

for example CURRENTLY just to name a few known countries japan 13, france 15, italy 14, spain 13. most other known countries are 16. Yemen, a middle eastern country, has its age of marriage for girls as young as 9 yrs old.

to say that people who like girls or boys from the age of 12-17 are pedos isnt fair i think...

personally, i only saw the first ep, which turns out to be not really the first ep, and just some crazy ass movie they were making, it wasnt funny.

first impressions are important. i dont care if it was a new angle, or take. it was stupid. you dont alienate your audience on the first fucking episode!

even though what they did was wrong, i still think the guy deserved what he got. i mean, seriously, it's so hard for him to say "i can't stand up, my muscles frozed up." but it's so easy for him to continue the charade and continue to talk back and cry. the guy's a total drama queen...

the only thing that truly amazed me about the vid is that the quality was so sharp and unfuzzed, and that it lasted almost 7 min. that's a really good cam phone.

hey, wait a min... no one said he was stopped because of his race. that's too much of an assumption.

anyways, it's really a shame what happened to him, but you can clearly see that he's a drama queen. why else would someone shout out something about the Patriot Act. and besides, these werent real police officers, they're just the campus police. and he wasn't "shot" it was a dry stun, without the hooks. otherwise, it would've been worst.

but yeah, i saw the news last night, they said he was stun-ed 5 times, and another guy was interviewed, and said that they asked his g/f to show her ID, she didnt have any, and they didnt bother her, because she's "white." or maybe because she was polite about it, and didnt act like a jerk...

I don't think he was being a drama queen when he was saying he would leave.

shouting he would leave, but continued to stay limp on the ground doesnt show any indication that he would leave. and so what if his muscles were stiff, he should've said so, instead of playing out the cherade, and acting tough. all that matters is, many choices were made. most were bad. he could've just complied and left, instead of acting like a baby. they zapped him to show they mean business. he could've been a man about it, and left. instead, he went on shouting stuff to get attention, and played it out even more. what they did, with the multiple zapping was wrong indeed. i'm not fighting that. they should've just dragged him out kicking and screaming. but they were stupid. that's a fact.

What is worst of all was that there was a room full of people telling them to stop and they just ignored them.
if a room full of people told you to kill someone, i'd doubt you'd do it. and if they complied with the people, their authority would be lost, and they would look stupid and will be taunted at even moreso.

yeah, i'm sure 18 yr old seniors in HS would love to not be able to graduate because they were drafted. then coming home from war, not having a diploma, and making minimum wage their entire life.
or just about anyone would love to halt their entire life and be gone for like 4 years having their world turned upsidedown. like their g/f straying, or boss hires someone else, child's first b-day, ect...

wow, i read it over and over, and i still dont know what that word means... lol

but anyways, i can't imagine why you would complain. it's not as if you didn't expect any of this. it's hard being in the military, let alone being a girl w/ the 1 to 99 ratio. no offense, but the military consists of idiots.

there are different types of ppl who join.

1. those who have a relative in the military, and are actually high in rank. AKA those who actually want to be there, and will actually become something in the military. Patriots
2. those who are either poor, or have no REAL friends/loners, or do not have any direction in life (didn't do well in school, but not because they screw around, but arent so smart).
3. those who join because they want to "fight" or are obsessive w/ war. mostly stupid people actually, like "red necks." you know, the real jerks who are promoted simply by their brawn, and not brains.

i think most fall under the 2nd, but the real jerks fall under the 3rd.

I just really find your grammar or lack thereof, to be funnier than the article itself. It’s Britney Spears first off, although it can also be spelled as Brittney. I don’t understand “An hero,” either unless it’s some kind of insider joke, but AN is never followed by HERO. The funniest thing I found is that your source is from “correspondents in London”, on an Australian website! I haven’t heard any of this from any American source, or may have missed it, but this doesn’t sound real.

i dont get it. i read it, and it's bias to the extreme. i'm for female rights, and all that, but this "essay" was really bad.

she takes excerpts out of context, manipulated facts, and OVERGENERALIZED too much.

like those little boys being arrested for touching. that's insane. anyone under the age of 12, under the law, are ignorant of right and wrong, and cannot be convicted of crimes, unless proven otherwise. i can't believe a SIX yr old, or even EIGHT yr old would be arrested for touching another girl's nondeveloped breast.

as for "One mother says 'This hypocritical society keeps reminding boys that gender equality is a one-way street. In every town, for example, it's OK to have a "girls-only" soccer league, but boys' teams are not allowed to exclude girls. My 10-year-old cousin put it quite succinctly when he asked: "Why is it OK for girls to wear shirts that say 'Girl Power,' but there's no shirts that say 'Boy Power'?"

know the law! girls can join other sports teams, as well as boys, if there isn't another team for that specific gender. EX: if there isnt already an ALL female football team, a female may join the male team. if there's already a female team, she may not join the male team. obv it's OK to have a "girls-only" soccer league, because there's prob already a "boys-only" league in that same town. WTF

she really needs to work on her sentence structure. i don't understand this sentence at all!

"What's happening to boys is played out at our universities under the guise of speech codes (The Shadow University) and Women's Studies where girls are unnecessarily scared senseless of males then learn to despise them as threats (Feminism And Domination), all the while as boys vanish from campus."

overall, i didn't like the essay. not because i'm a guy, but because it was horribly written. it was not organized well.

i still don't understand how women have won the war. all the essay talked about was how women got more this, and more that. obviously they are getting "more" things, but that doesnt mean they are AHEAD of men.

and plus, gas prices aren't fixed anyways. it fluctuates from region to region, depending on how much people are willing to pay, and how far they'll go to avoid the prices. it depends on the neighborhood and the cost of living.

ever wonder why, from your house it costs like $3.49, and 5 miles away it's $3.69, and another 15 miles away, it's $3.29? it sure as hell isn't because different brands cost different prices, or are competitive with each other. Why is gas in AZ around $2, when in cali, especially SoCal with our own oil deposites, we're paying for more?

so if anything, you can boycott your own gas station or w/e, but good luck with that
