| What stinks for me, being right around Little Rock, is that we're going to to get labeled as right-wing extremists over this BS when a lot of people around here may have somewhat similar conservative values but aren't exceptionally fundamentalist about them like this canned spiel.
And, of course, the media is JUST fine about eating some of that up and making it look like all people around here think like that. Can't do that with normal people - isn't newsworthy - but it's easy to generalize by state with the media doing things the way they do these days and living in an era of political correctness. |

| I still keep on with Skype enough but a vast majority of the time it's over something like Pangya or Borderlands as of late.
The whole 'everyone is on Skype talking' kinda sucks most times. Most of the good long conversations I'll have with just two to four people, though. Otherwise it gets confusing as heck waiting for half-duplex to take effect. |

| I have a server we keep over at VGG up for this but I'm not an exceptional fan of things like it. It's a nice concept, I'll give it that, and definitely a game for those that aren't really one for having to get into a game with a set goal in mind outside of what YOU want it to be based on the game's open design.
That said they've crashed the server on my comp plenty of times with overkillings of TNT and lava. |

| If my PS3 fat kicks the bucket I might consider it. It's been good so far. My PS2 got disassembled many times and then got hunk-o-junk sent to FP who never plays it (or talks to me now, actually). Got a slim in its place. Great purchase.
That PS3 Slim's actually built really damned well too. Gives more more confidence looking at that than my fat or (godforbid) a 360's internal design. No problem with the games but it has the most terrible design ever. |

| Honestly, I can't agree on the part where people say it's 'not well known'.
If you're a gamer, even if you haven't played the titles, you've probably at least run across the Persona series in your travels once or twice before with people talking about it. Usually 3 and 4. The series has been going on the Famicom since the late 80s. There's quite a few variants of the game, and there's probably a game with an Action or RPG player that they'll enjoy. All of them tend to have a nice difficulty curve with them, though. Some more than others. |

I had heard about it way back around the time Persona 2 came out on the PSX but I never pursued it. It wasn't until '07 or '08 that I sat down with Persona 3 FES. And it's been history ever since. |

| I've picked it up yet again because of getting a PSP a few weeks ago; dropped P3P on it. Fairly good streamline and it's relatively decent for how much they 'took out' of the game (honestly, it's walking around on a map replaced to moving a cursor around on the map - some of us vets actually appreciate it a little more so we don't have to waste time).
I don't think you'll spend more than 100 in a game of P3/4 normally unless you're a completionist. Most people can usually tear it down for a good majority in 60-80. I think my P3 initial save had 130 and I take my RPGs that I really like seriously. Disgaea 1 and 3 got way more time out of me in comparison (300 each, at least). |

Not trolling, but I just never got the point outside of 'it relieves stress'. I just found other things to do. And yes, I know what I'm walking into (in two ways) by saying that last line. |
