Well, I noticed the fanservice, but they tend to not go over the top, for once (unless it's C.C., but that's instantly forgiven =P)
And I can't say I,ve noticed OPs and EDs, I don't watch them. |

Well the thing is: 1) the anime stops at a really crappy point (well, it stops, so that sucks), 2) first part of the manga isn't going easy on fanservice (can be good or bad), but when the story picks up it can be good.
I'd say read the manga if you can. It's not bad, but does has a good amount of fanservice. |

The problem with that is that Jeremiah's Geass Canceller actually seems to have range and doesn't require eye contact, so I don't see how the Emperor could do anything.
And if all else fails, a simple "remember who you are" or even Lelouch's sweet talk generally works.

The only reason I was looking forward at the end of the season was because Code Geass R2 was taking over that timespot. |

But seriously, they brought so many new questions in this episode.
- What is up with the Emperor, seriously? Getting rid of the god and all lies?
- The beginning of the episode clearly shows C.C. with Marianne. Also, from the beginning of season 1, has she really been talking to herself?
- What will happen with Cornelia?
- Lelouch in front of the Emperor without anyone inbetween (at least for now), what will he do?
- What kind of power does C.C. have to make people want her so much (beside the fact that she IS C.C., and so damned awesome)
- Suzaku is straying away from the classical protagonist model, what the fuck.
- Some Order of the Black Knights soldiers clearly questioned what they were doing. Also, this operation being in ridiculous secrecy, will the Black Knights remain united? |
