| It has to be Uighir from Fist of the North star.
( Hes the one with the whips in the video. Gold helmet and all ) There are no "H's" in his laugh, it sounds like hes bawling or something

Unfortunatly I can't find video or sound clip, but for me it would have to be Esmeraude from the Black Moon Clan in Sailor Moon.
It's just so....arg, it makes me want to dunk my head into concrete at times, but it fits the character so well. |

| I seriously have to agree with the Tidus/Yuna one. So many things about that game irked me. Tidus being a big part of it.
